Terri Sands
Terri Sands is a Managing Director in the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group and specializes in Payments and Regulatory Compliance & Financial Crimes. Prior to Stout, Terri founded Secura Risk Management in 2011 and successfully led the company's membership, consulting, and compliance auditing practices.
Deborah McLeod
Deborah McLeod is a Director in the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group. She has extensive experience working with institutions of all types and sizes including 10 years of consulting experience and more than 20 years of direct banking experience serving in various positions including Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Financial Investigation's Unit.

Dana Glover
Dana Glover is a Manager in the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group.
Prior to joining Stout, Dana was with Cadence Bank starting as a Business Analyst in January 2019, when State Bank and Trust Company was acquired by Cadence. In this role, she worked with Lines of Businesses to develop business requirements, as-is process workflows and conducted process improvement reviews. In October 2019 she was promoted to build and lead a new functional team, Tech & Ops Project Administration. The team serves to bridge the gap between projects and technology by coordinating the appropriate technology teams, providing low-level task-oriented project activities, diagrams, documentation, and portfolio reporting.
Dana joined State Bank and Trust in August 2009 as a Project Manager. Dana managed enterprise-wide projects, including the integration and conversion of 18 Bank acquisitions, platform installs, upgrades and regulatory compliance projects.
Dana’s 30-year experience yields a wide range of knowledge and skills; from standing up a Geographical Information System, co-designing and implementing computerized gate access systems, multiple state software interfaces, implementing county/city shared telephone systems, and coordinating celebrity charity events. Dana is Six Sigma certified and along with her diverse background, she combines her unique leadership perspectives with logical problem-solving skills.
Kelly Rozier
Kelly Rozier is an Associate in the Payments, Compliance, & Financial Crimes group. She has 14 years of banking experience; specializing is Electronic Payments, Prior to joining Stout, Kelly was responsible for the payments governance including treasury services and oversight for an $18 billion in assets financial institution. Kelly has a significant amount of experience working on the financial institution side and working with all the major core providers on electronic payments needs based on external fraud threats, network and regulatory requirements. Kelly also has ten years of experience working directly with the BSA/AML and fraud areas specific to electronic payments fraud and incident response.
She is a graduate of Wesleyan College, where she earned her MBA and is a graduate of Jacksonville State University, where she earned her BS in Finance.
Pam Dees
Pam Dees is an Associate in the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group. She has 12 years of BSA/AML experience and is certified as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and an At-Risk Adult Crime Tactics Specialist.
Prior to joining Stout, Pam was with Cadence Bank as a Vice President/ERM Senior AML Investigator and at State Bank & Trust Company as a Vice President/Senior Analyst and High Risk Investigator. Pam has experience with multiple AML transaction monitoring systems and financial institution core banking platforms.
Pam’s banking career began in 1989 and over her carrer she has held many roles in financial institutions including Retail/Branch Manager, Loan Administration, and various roles in BSA, AML/CTF, and sanctions compliance.
Pam’s broad experience provides skillful insight and knowledge into regulatory, compliance and suspicious activity invesigations and higher risk client monitoring.
Susie Nutter
Susie Nutter is an Associate in the Disputes, Claims, & Investigations group. She has 13 years of BSA/AML experience and is certified as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and an At-Risk Adult Crime Tactics Specialist. She is a graduate from the CBA of Georiga BSA Officer School, Advance BSA Officer School and Gerogia Fraud Prevention School.
Prior to joining Stout, Susie worked with Cadence Bank as a Vice President and EDD Manager and State Bank & Trust Company as a Vice President and Assistant BSA Officer. In her role at Cadence, she managed the team devoted to completing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on higher risk customers.
Susie has experience with multiple AML transaction monitoring systems and financial institution core banking platforms.
Susie has more than 30 years of financial institution experience. Beyond BSA/AML compliance, her roles have included managing payroll card and prepaid card products, serving as a change manager for critical initiatives, and Vice President and Deposit Operations Officer.
Glenda Hill
Glenda Hill serves as the Member Coordinator at Stout. As Stout continues to focus on how to best service our members through communication, education and ongoing meaningful services, Glenda has a significant role. Glenda was recently with State Bank & Trust where she managed support services for the Enterprise Risk Division and understands the significance of timely education, communication of new rules and regulations and evolving methods for effective and sustainable compliance. Glenda has a significant amount of experience in providing risk management support in all areas of risk including payments risk, BSA/AML, Information Security, Deposit Compliance, Risk Management, Loan Compliance, and Fraud management.
